Reporting a wrong time
Every SolatCal time comes from JAKIM e-Solat unchanged, so first compare it with e-Solat for the same zone and date. If the two differ, that is a SolatCal bug, and it helps to know the zone code, the date, the prayer and where you saw the time.
If they match, the time is JAKIM's own, and SolatCal cannot change it.
Reporting a calendar problem
Say which calendar app you use, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, and include the feed address from the builder. It holds only your zone and the options you chose.
New subscriptions can take a few minutes to fill, and Google Calendar sometimes longer, so give it a little time before reporting that events are missing.
Questions about prayer times and zones
Prayer times, zone boundaries and the hijri calendar are set by JAKIM and published on e-Solat. Questions about them belong with JAKIM; SolatCal only reformats what JAKIM publishes.
Developers and AI agents
The API docs, the OpenAPI spec and llms.txt cover the calendar feed, the JSON endpoints and the MCP server. SolatCal is a free, independent project with no support contract or uptime guarantee.
