Pages set no cookies and load no third-party fonts or advertising. Apart from the page view counter below, everything is served from this domain.

The page remembers the last zone you picked in your browser's local storage, so it opens on that zone next time. It stays on your device, and clearing this site's data removes it.

Page view counts

SolatCal counts page views and page load times with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Its script, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, reports the page address, the site that linked you here, your browser and device type, and how long the page took to load. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Cloudflare says it does not fingerprint or follow individual visitors, and SolatCal sees only totals.

Your location

Your location is used only if you press Use my location, and only after your browser asks your permission. The position is compared with a list of towns inside the page to find the nearest zone. It is never sent to SolatCal or anyone else.

Calendar subscriptions

A feed address holds only your zone and the options you chose, nothing about you. Your calendar service, such as Google, Apple or Microsoft, fetches that address a few times a day, usually from its own servers. SolatCal cannot tell who has subscribed.

Hosting

SolatCal runs on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes each request, including your IP address. SolatCal uses the IP address to apply the API rate limit and keeps no record of it beyond Cloudflare's request logs, which hold details such as the address requested and the time for up to 7 days to diagnose errors. JAKIM and AI assistants

SolatCal's server fetches prayer times from JAKIM e-Solat. Your browser does not contact JAKIM unless you follow a link to e-Solat.

The MCP server for AI assistants keeps no sessions. Nothing is stored between requests.
